Design Lead (Full-time)

Coin68 is a leading crypto media outlet in Vietnam with 1 million monthly page views and growing. Collectively, we are responsible for more than 100,000 active cryptocurrency investors and traders across a vast network of communities. We believe in a result-orientated approach with our goal being to spread mass awareness and adoption of potential projects. Kyros Ventures and Coin68 are seeking an experienced Design Lead who is willing to contribute their abilities to the growth of the business and accompany the company on the journey to lay the foundation for the success of Blockchain and Cryptocurrency industries. RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborating with your own team and with other departments to achieve design goals.
Delegating work where necessary and reviewing that work when it has been completed.
Motivate your team, create a positive work environment and encourage your team to complete projects on time.
Responsible for graphic design required by other departments (such as thumbnails, infographics, and illustrations…).
Develop ideas and implement concepts as required by the products and projects.
Execute the projects including creating the ideas, contributing to strategies, and producing good quality visual works.

REQUIREMENTS

Academic background in Arts or equivalent.
Great sense of creativity and art.
Deep technical knowledge of the complete design process from brainstorming to end product
Ability to develop ideas, and creative concepts suitable to the requirements of products and projects.
Able to work under high pressure of multi-tasking requests for digital visual assets.
Knowledge or experience in cryptocurrency and blockchain is a plus.
Fluency in English and Vietnamese communication skills.
Leadership and motivational skills.
