Back-End Developer (Full-time)

Ancient8 is seeking an experienced Back-end Developer who is willing to contribute their abilities to the growth of the business and accompany us on the journey to lay the foundation for the success of the NFT Games and Cryptocurrency industries.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
- Write clean code to develop functional website/dashboard/bot applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications.
- Perform UI tests to optimize performance.
- Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications.
- Collaborate with Frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Gather and address technical and design requirements.
- Provide training and support to internal teams.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Liaise with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features.
- Follow emerging technologies.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a back-end/full-stack engineer.
- Proven experience in working with at least a programming language (Golang, PHP, Python, Javascript).
- Proven experience in a web app framework (VueJS, React) is an advantage.
- Proven experience with Linux, DevOps, Microservices is preferred.
- Active engagement in the open-source community is an advantage.
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).
- Excellent analytical and time management skills.
- Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Willingness to learn blockchain, new technologies, and new programming languages.

- Remote-first work environment, occasionally working from our office in Ho Chi Minh City and attending company retreats.
- Location: Remote or in the office at Ward 2, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
- Working time: Flexible from Monday to Saturday.
