Community Growth Manager (Full-time)

Coin68 is a leading crypto media outlet in Vietnam with 3 million monthly page views and growing. Collectively, we are responsible for more than 100,000 active cryptocurrency investors and traders across a vast network of communities. We believe in a result-oriented approach with our goal being to spread mass awareness and adoption of potential projects.
Coin68 is looking for a passionate Community Growth Manager to build and grow the Coin68 Telegram community, fostering a positive and engaging environment for crypto enthusiasts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and manage the Coin68 Telegram community, ensuring sustainable growth and active participation.
- Monitor content, address spam, violations, and other disruptive behaviors to maintain a positive and welcoming environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost community interaction and member engagement.
- Share regular updates, including Coin68 news, articles, and other relevant content to keep members informed and engaged.
- Track community growth and engagement metrics, preparing regular performance reports and recommending improvements
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of experience building and managing Telegram communities, preferably in cryptocurrency or blockchain fields.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain trends, and the ability to explain these topics effectively.
- Proactive, creative, and capable of working independently with strong ownership of responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, fluent in both English and Vietnamese.

LOCATION AND WORKING TIME
- Location: Ward 2, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
- Working time: Flexible from Monday to Saturday.
